Ambe Steels Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2009 in Bhairahawa, Nepal and Jay Ambe Steels Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2019 in Nepalgunj, Nepal. Both factories produce TMT rebars under the brand name 'Ambe'. The combined production capacity of the two factories is half a million tons making it one of the largest producer of TMT rebars in Nepal.

Ambe Cement Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2004 in Parwanipur, Parsa. The company is a grinding unit for cement that produces PPC, PSC and OPC cement. The company started with a production capacity of 400 tons and now has a capacity of 1000 tons. It is one of the most successful cement companies in Nepal.

Riddhi Siddhi Cement Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2019 in Kathmandu, Nepal. The company will be Ambe Group’s first foray into mining. The company will be mining limestone and producing clinker (the main raw material for cement) in Hetauda. This is a joint venture between Ambe Group and Shankar Group.

It has a production capacity of 3.6 million cartons per year and works in technical collaboration with Wan Thai Foods Industry Co. Ltd. of Thailand.
